We are Social being , and day to day of our life we have to engage with some office, organization etc.,like School, Bank, any corporate office, Factories , companies etc.
Here , a question arise how they Work properly and successfully.
To understand the backbone of such systems we have to deep study about What is Management & how it works , How management is Necessary for Succeed our goal.

[Ans] Definition :-
                            According to my view , thought  Management is set of principles regarding to Planning , Organizing , Staffing , Leading & Directing .
History :- 
Frederick Winslow Taylor is also worldwidly known as the Father of Scientific Management.
“Taylorism.” is The principles on Management given by F.W.Taylor
Taylor believed that it was the role and responsibility of manufacturing plant managers to determine the best way for the worker ,labous or employees to do a job, and to provide the proper tools and training to achieve the organization's goal.
In Simple word , Management is the coordination and administration of tasks to achieve a objective of organization .

Such administration activities include setting the organization's strategies and also coordinating the efforts of staff or employees to accomplish these objectives through the application of available resources.
In the last century, there were only few managemental tools , Model are available. ,So people were missing some more advanced and modern methods. 
Later which was successful explain by very famous scientist named , Henri Fayol (1842-1925). And the first foundations were laid for Modern Scientific management. 
The concepts ,are also Called principles of Management which deals severals factors for successful management.
Henri Fayol Synthesized the 14 principles of management,and his  principles of management and research were published in the book ‘General and Industrial Management’ (1916).
